Changes the pore pressures of a soil layer.
Changes the pore pressures at the top and bottom of a soil layer at a specified borehole. The water conditions of the soil layer should be set to 'User defined'.

Changes the pore pressure at the top of Soillayer_1 to -1 and the pore pressure at the bottom of Soillayer_1 to -12.
